V. Consumer Contracts Regulations

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you change your mind about a purchase you have made within 30 working days after the date of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price for the goods or services you wish to return, and the original postage and packaging charges made.

VII. Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. IX. Reporting Damages

If your order has arrived damaged, you must notify us by mail within 30 days of receipt of the goods, including any digital photographs showing the outer box in which the goods arrived and any visible damage that has been incurred. Once you have notified us of a problem, we will reply back to you within 48 hours (excluding weekends) outlining how we will resolve this problem quickly and efficiently for you. Please note that we must be notified within 30 days of you receiving the delivery of any damages.

X. Missing Items

If you have not received all of the items that you ordered, we may be unable to send all of your orders together. If this is happend, kindly conduct as by mail as soon as possible.
